Journey of Song for Life’s Transitions

The words and accompanying music contained in this little book, although following one person’s journey, speak to the core of each of us and to the various transits in our lives. We go through transition in our life when there are uncertain times and when we are hurting. We can be hurting in any number of ways, in our bodies, our emotions, our finances, or relationships. It is then that we seek guidance by looking outside ourselves or by going within.

The songs contained in this book and the stories that go with the songs are guidance revealed to me, and guidance offered to each of us, as we listen with our hearts. The answers to my prayers emerged in a beautiful and harmonious way through music.

Sound does have the ability to heal. As a bridge between the material world and the unseen world of energy it is a connector of our hearts and souls to our embodied cells and organs. This book and these songs provide us with that bridge of love that can help us in healing as well as comfort us in our final transition of passing from this life.

As you listen to the songs on the CD hold your own questions and experiences in your heart. I trust you will find answers, meaning, or the support you may be seeking.
